SUNDIAL MEDALLION PENDANT
This sundial medallion pendant is inspired by the combination of geometry and artistry that make up a vertical sundial. Often seen on building facades, these sundials are functional and beautiful pieces of history.
The Sundial is one of the earliest time-keeping instruments and exists today as more of a symbol of the fleeting nature of time. Sundials are found all around us if you know where to look. A beautiful combination of both art and science, the sundial illustrates the relationship between the passing of time and the Earth's rotation.
While there is sometimes a somber tonality to the mottos they are emblazoned with, they can be equally as uplifting, encouraging us to take in the moment and have an appreciation for the time and its value.
The pendant measures 24mm tall, including bail loop
Diamond Cut chain measures 1.3mm wide with sparkling facets that catch light. (If you prefer a more matte finish chain, please leave a note at checkout)
Satin finish pendant
Lobster clasp closure
Please note that this pendant does not come off of the chain.
Sterling Silver option is set with Black diamonds and hangs on a satin finish cable link chain.
